Snæfellsjökull

The view from Snæfellsjökull is literally stunning and hard to describe in words. It's and old cone shaped vulcano and counts as one of the most beautiful mountains on Iceland. A huge and crystal clear ice filled crater can be found at the very top.

The highest peak is the middle one and hits 1446 m over the surface of the sea. The northern peak measures 1390 m and is fully covered with snow the most time of the year.
